EU vacancies tracker is a free, independent service run by Montoyer. It is not affiliated with EPSO or any EU institution.
Check the official notice
Offers are read automatically from the institutions' sites. A deadline, a grade or any other detail shown here can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. The official notice is the only reference: read it before you act, and apply on the official site. Montoyer is not liable for a missed deadline or a decision based on what this site shows.
Reminders are a convenience. They appear in your inbox and in your calendar feed, and by email once a day if you ask for it. A message can be late or lost. Do not rely on them alone.
Your account
- Register with an address that is yours, and keep your password to yourself.
- A forgotten password is reset by hand: write to the administrator from the address of your account.
- Upload only documents you have the right to store. Do not upload anything unlawful.
- Do not try to reach other users' data, overload the site or collect its content automatically.
An account used against these rules can be disabled.
Content
The notices and attached files belong to the institutions that published them. What you write and upload stays yours.
The lists of offers, as this site compiles them, can be reused under the licence given on the page For AI assistants.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it stays available or that your data is never lost. Keep your own copy of the documents you upload: the export in your settings gives you one.
