About EU vacancies tracker

This site gathers the open competitions and vacancies of the EU institutions, bodies and agencies into one list. It reads their public sites once a day. With an account, you can keep track of the offers you apply to: the phase each one has reached, your notes, the documents you sent and a reminder before each deadline.

An independent site

EU vacancies tracker is run by Montoyer. It is not affiliated with EPSO, the European Commission or any other EU institution, and it is not an official source.

A deadline or a grade shown here can be wrong or out of date: a page may have changed since the last reading, or been misread. Every offer links to its official notice. Check it before you rely on anything you read here, and always apply on the official site.

Where the offers come from

The notices and attached files belong to the institutions that published them.

For AI assistants

An assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT can ask this site for the open vacancies and the competitions, and answer from the list of the day. How to add it to an assistant.

What the site does not do

It does not submit applications. It sends no email unless you ask for it: reminders appear in your inbox on the site and in the calendar feed you can subscribe to from your settings, and you can choose there to receive your inbox by email, once a day.
