Youth Guarantee Junior Non-Key Expert

The Preparation for Sectoral Operational Programme 2024–2027 Employment and Social Inclusion project (IPA III), implemented by a consortium led by WYG Consulting Ltd., is seeking a Youth Guarantee Junior Non-Key Expert (JNKE)

The expert will provide support to the project team and beneficiary institutions in the implementation of activities as specified in the ToR.

Requirements

• University degree (where a degree has been awarded on completion of four years study in a university or equivalent institution) in social sciences, economics, public administration, or another field relevant to this ToR
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in areas related to the ToR
• Ability to work systematically, methodically, methodologically and accurately.
• Ability to work under the guidance of senior experts and deliver high quality inputs on time.
• Advanced computer skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• At least 3 years of specific experience in labour market programmes or projects, youth employment initiatives; project implementation support, coordination, or administrative assistance in donor funded projects.
• Sposobnost prikupljanja, organizovanja i analize operativnih podataka..
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of the local language is an asset.

Assignment Details

• Period: November 2026 – April 2029
• Working days: 80
